WISE Collective
Welcome to the
WORK, INFORMATION, SOCIETY, and the ECONOMY
ABOUT FEATURED RESEARCH THE TEAM WISE SEMINAR
At the WISE Collective we study how artificial intelligence is transforming work, organizations, and labor markets. We use quantitative methods from computational social science, econometrics, and data science to develop metrics and models that capture how technology reshapes tasks, jobs, and institutions. At the same time, our work is grounded in a human-centric view: we ask how technological change affects human capabilities, opportunities, and organizational life. By combining rigorous measurement with a focus on people and institutions, we generate insights that inform business strategy and public policy, fostering a future of work that advances human well-being alongside technological progress and organizational preformance.
